We use a number of different carriers, paste your tracking number into the tracking link emailed for the correct carrier and contact number.

If your package was confirmed delivered by the carrier via a tracking number, we recommend you check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance. 

If your order is not found after 7 days, contact hello@weekendpeace.com with your current mailing address, name, and order number so we can investigate further.

We offer shipping protection on every order in the event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. If you opt-in to this option, you’ll pay a fee at checkout (depending on your order total) that will ensure a replacement or store credit for your order. Please feel free to reach out to our support team with any further questions!

While we are not liable for lost packages, your happiness is important to us, and we are committed to finding an resolution for you.

We estimate that your items will process and ship in 3-7 business days. All items with future ship dates are marked with an estimated ship date in the product detail. International orders will arrive 4-7 business days after processing. Contact us at hello@weekedpeace.com with any further questions.

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you were hoping for. Therefore, we offer free returns for store credit only, no exchanges. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once a return is approved and you are emailed a return label, the package must be in USPS' possession within 1 week.

Unapproved Returns
Items sent back to us without an approval of return will not be accepted and will not be refunded or sent back. Returned items that show visible wear or tear are not eligible for refunds.

Additional Information
Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded for returns. Each order is allowed one return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
