The original presale shipping estimate was late August 2026. For current timing, check the product page and the latest update sent to the email address used at checkout. All items in the same order ship together when every presale item is ready.

Presale orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Email hello@weekendpeace.com with your order number and checkout email. We cannot guarantee that a shipment can be stopped after fulfillment begins. UK statutory cancellation rights still apply; see our Refund Policy.

US and Canada: Eligible unused products may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition received and with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending a return. Once an approved return label is sent, the carrier must accept the package within seven days. Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law.

United Kingdom: For eligible online purchases, tell us you want to cancel within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. Statutory cancellation refunds go to the original payment method and include the cost of standard outbound delivery when the full order is canceled. The US/Canada store-credit and seven-day label rules do not limit these rights.

Route is optional protection for eligible packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. If offered, choose checkout with separately priced protection, or continue without package protection. Protection is optional and is added only when you choose it. Route cannot be added after purchase.

Your mandatory consumer rights, including UK cancellation and refund rights, do not depend on buying Route. Read how Route works or file a protected-order claim at claims.route.com.

Sign in through our Orders & Tracking page with the email used at checkout. Tracking appears after a shipping label is created and the order is fulfilled.

If the carrier marks a package delivered but you cannot find it, check with others in your household or neighbors and contact the carrier. If Route Package Protection remained on the order, file an eligible claim at claims.route.com.

US orders qualify for free Economy shipping when the merchandise subtotal is US$40 or more after discounts and before shipping and taxes. Select Economy at checkout; expedited services remain paid upgrades. Eligibility depends on the delivery address and available checkout options.

Yes. We ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. Available carrier- or app-calculated shipping options and prices appear at checkout. Canada and the United Kingdom use paid calculated shipping. The US free-shipping offer does not apply to these delivery addresses.

Checkout shows taxes and duties included in prices or collected with the order. If checkout states that all taxes and duties are included with no extra charges on delivery, no additional import taxes or duties are expected. Contact us about any unexpected carrier charge. Dimensions are listed in the Dimensions row on each product page. Product colors can vary slightly from photos because of lighting and screen settings.
