Refund policy

UK customers: The UK cancellation and refund rights below take priority over the store-credit-only, approval, seven-day return-label, and other voluntary return conditions in this policy.

Presale Cancellations

Presale orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Email hello@weekendpeace.com with your order number. A request is not complete until Weekend Peace confirms the cancellation. If we confirm a cancellation before fulfillment, we will refund the canceled order to the original payment method, including any associated Route Package Protection charge. Once fulfillment begins, our voluntary presale cancellation option ends and the return terms below apply after delivery. This does not limit UK statutory cancellation rights or other mandatory rights.

Returns for Store Credit

Under our voluntary return policy, we accept eligible returns for store credit only; we do not offer exchanges. UK statutory cancellations and other mandatory remedies are covered separately below. You must request a return within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, email hello@weekendpeace.com with your order number. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. The carrier must accept the return package within seven calendar days after we send the label. Each order is eligible for one return.

Do not send a return before receiving approval. Approved returns must be sent to Weekend Peace, 3833 Dunn Dr, Culver City, CA 90232, United States, using the provided label. Items sent without approval, sent after the stated deadlines, or showing use, wear, or damage not caused in transit will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.

Store Credit and Nonrefundable Charges

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you and issue store credit for the accepted merchandise. Original shipping charges and Route Package Protection charges are not included in return store credit, except where required by law or Route's terms.

UK Cancellation and Refund Rights

If you are a UK consumer buying physical goods online, you may cancel an eligible order without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after you receive the goods. If goods in one order are delivered separately, this period runs from receipt of the last item. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing hello@weekendpeace.com or writing to Weekend Peace, 3833 Dunn Dr, Culver City, CA 90232, United States. You may use the optional form below, but it is not required. Your cancellation does not depend on our approval or confirmation.

Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. Contact us for a prepaid return label at no cost to you and return instructions. The seven-day label deadline, one-return limit, store-credit-only rule, and prior-approval requirement in our voluntary policy do not restrict this right.

We will refund the canceled goods to your original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise. For cancellation of a full order, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option; any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery service need not be refunded. We will refund without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. If the goods have not been dispatched, we will refund within 14 days after you tell us you wish to cancel. We do not charge a refund fee.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics, and function. Where the law permits, we may deduct only the reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. A final-sale label does not remove a statutory cancellation right. Your separate rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect goods remain unaffected, whether or not you purchased Route Package Protection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive the wrong item or believe an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly at hello@weekendpeace.com with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you purchased Route Package Protection and the item was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, file a claim at claims.route.com. Route claims are separate from Weekend Peace returns.

Final-Sale Items

Gift cards and any merchandise clearly marked final sale on its product page are final sale and cannot be returned, except where required by law. Presale status alone does not make an item final sale.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law, including rights that apply to customers in Canada and the United Kingdom. Where a mandatory right conflicts with a voluntary condition above, the mandatory right takes priority.
