Route Package Protection
Route offers optional protection for eligible packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Coverage is provided by Route and is separate from Weekend Peace shipping charges.
How Route works
Is protection required?
No. If offered, choose checkout with separately priced protection, or continue without package protection. Protection is optional and is added only when you choose it.
Your mandatory consumer rights, including UK cancellation and refund rights, do not depend on buying Route.
What can Route cover?
Route reviews eligible claims involving packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Coverage eligibility, filing windows, evidence requirements, and available resolutions are governed by Route's current terms.
How do I file a claim?
Visit claims.route.com and enter the Weekend Peace order number and email used at checkout. Route will guide you through the claim and request any needed information.
What if I choose checkout without protection?
Route cannot be added after an order is placed. Carrier tracking remains available through the order-status link and your Weekend Peace customer account. Your mandatory consumer rights, including UK cancellation and refund rights, do not depend on buying Route.
